BLISS Uplifting and Energy Blend
BLISS Uplifting and Energy Blend
Need some energy or extra motivation? Feeling a little down? Say bye-bye to those dreary feelings!
For some, the shorter daylight hours and colder temperatures of the fall and winter seasons can cause feelings of depression and general malaise known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Besides frequently feeling melancholy, symptoms of SAD can include: a depressed immune system, lethargy and low energy, sleeping problems, loss of interest in activities you usually enjoy, changes in appetite, weight gain, agitation, and difficulty concentrating.
This blend will have you looking on the bright side when stress, emotional situations or seasonal changes have you feeling down. With it's citrus aroma, the BLISS blend can help those dreary and blah feelings fade away, while uplifting your overall atmosphere and also improving energy and your mood.
Essential oils can stimulate the smell receptors in your nose, which then sends messages to your nervous system. Some also believe that essential oils can have a subtle effect on the body’s chemical and energy systems.
Because of this, aromatherapy is often used as a natural remedy to help relieve feelings often associated with sadness and melancholy.
The BLISS blend is a very concentrated blend of Certified Therapeutic Essential Oils blended with coconut oil in a 10 ML roller ball bottle. This Blend of Oils includes: Tangerine, Pink Grapefruit, Geranium, Peppermint, Orange, Lemon, Ginger Root and Eucalyptus.
Apply to the inside of your wrists and/or inner elbow, bottom of feet, behind your ears, temples and chest as needed. Please keep bottle upright.
